Echo Park. Sunset Blvd. We spent some of our best days in Los Angeles near there. Now the groovy bookstore Stories has dedicate the month of june to celebrate both Feral House and Process Media.

“For the month of JUNE we’re dedicating a portion of the store to highlight the titles of FERAL HOUSE BOOKS and PROCESS MEDIA. Both these publishers consistently provide the world with unique, useful and entertaining non-fiction books that provoke and educate. We here feel they deserve a perpetual highlight.”

And so throughout June FH and Process authors will appear to read (and more). Here’s the schedule:

Wednesday, June 13, 7:30 pm: Process Media author Deborah Eden Tull will be discussing the how-to’s and wherefores and why not’s from her book “The Natural Kitchen: Your Guide to the Sustainable Food Revolution.”

Friday June 15, 7:30 pm: the insane Martin Olson will be discussing how he shepherded the words of Satan himself to the delusional masses in his wicked book, “The Encyclopaedia of Hell.”

Sunday, June 17, 6:30 pm: Adam Parfrey will be putting on a slide show of the weird and extraordinary aspects of secret societies in the history of American kulture, as seen in “Ritual America: Secret Brotherhoods and Their Influence on American Society: A Visual Guide.” Craig Heimbichner, the co-author might appear to help Parfrey trigger the susceptible with CIA mind-control operations, or not. (We should also mention that Adam will be appearing at the classic Moose Lodge of Glendale on Thursday, June 14.

Wednesday June 20 at 7:30 pm: the amazing Mel Gordon will be putting on his own slide show revealing the sex culture of Weimar Berlin from his classic book, “Voluptuous Panic.”

Friday June 22nd at 7:30: the gorgeous white witch Maja D’Aoust will explain the hermetic ideas and New Thought movement revealed in her book (co-written with Adam Parfrey) called “The Secret Source,” now available in an enlarged and elegant white hardcover edition.

Saturday June 23, 7:30 pm: both Kelly Coyne and Erik Knutzen will catch you up with extraordinary and self-tested tips that even go beyond what is seen in their bestselling “The Urban Homestead: Your Guide to Self-Sufficient Living in the Heart of the City.”

Last but not least: on Thursday June 28, Jodi Wille, editor of “The Source: The Untold Story of Father Yod, Ya Ho Wa 13 and the Source Family” will catch you up on new discoveries and the challenging years spent filming and editing the truly extraordinary film based on the aforementioned Process Media book.
