Join Poop Culture author Dave Praeger Wednesday, September 5 at the Park Slope Barnes and Noble as he talks about Poop Culture, the history of the toilet, the infrastructure similarities of New York and New Delhi, and much more. Take the F train to 7th Ave. B&N is at 267 7th Ave at 6th Street.
Also hear Dave on The Jagger Show, KLLI, Live 105.3 Dallas, earlier that morning (9/5/07), 8:10 a.m. CST. He'll be back from India and talkin' about poop!
Here's Dave in India right now with Dr. Pathak at Sulabh International -- it's more than simply a museum of toilets:

Holding poop that is no longer poop:

Dave says: "There in our hands is a substance that was once human poop. It is now dried fertilizer. I smelled it, and smelled of pure earth. Poop can be composted!"
