Celebrating the release of HOLLYWOOD'S HELLFIRE CLUB: Tuesday Jan. 15
At this event, you'll be able to see rare John Decker originals, such as his famous deathbed sketch of John Barrymore, and his paintings of Bundy Drive boys Sadakichi Hartmann and W.C. Fields as Queen Victoria with gin at the ready. We'll be having a cocktail party that begins at 7 p.m., an hour before a screening of Errol Flynn and John Barrymore home movies, including one of a blasted Barrymore showing off his taxidermied animals and shrunken heads. The screening will also feature the remarkable early talkie Svengali, in which Barrymore puts underage girls under his hypnotic
spectre and the dirty dirty W.C. Fields short The Dentist.
